Rubber Screen Matts

Rubber Screen Mats are most commonly used for the wet screening of material and also where accurate sizing of material is not critical.


Screen Types:

  • Round holes (type R1.R2) are used for longer life and greater accuracy.

  • Square holes (type S1.S2). These mats have a greater open area compared to round holes and they are more commonly used.

  • Slot holes (EL.1, EL2) are for use when high capacity is required of small to medium size material.

  • Staggered Slot holes (EL.3, EL.4) are used for more accurate screening of small material, also providing a higher output.

    Ordering

    It is important that the following information be given:

    1.Screen

  • Box type
  • Angle of screen box.
  • Double or single chamber.
  • Width of screen box.
  • Existing support bars, number, thickness and approximate distance between each.

    2. Screen Mat

  • Existing length, width and number of mats required.
  • Existing hole type and hole size.
  • Existing mat type and thickness.
  • Type of fixing required - (hook)
  • End tensioned or side tensioned.

    3.Material to be screened

  • Type of material to be screened.
  • Existing condition and difficulties.
  • Maximum feed size.
  • Product size required.
    Product output (tonnage per hr).
